Mobile homes present a unique inspection challenge to an inspector as they are generally built to HUD building specifications and not local building codes.  We have taken and passed InterNACHI's Mobile and Manufactured Housing Inspection Course that is also certified by HUD.  We have also personally inspected hundreds of mobile homes in the greater Tampa Bay Area.
